Authentic Church Leadership | Sermon Series The Authentic Church | Part 2

Last week we began a new series in the Book of Thessalonians called, “The Authentic Church.” In the society we live in today, not much is real of reliable. Yet, Jesus’ call on us to reach society is just as relevant and urgent as it has ever been. Today we want to examine what it means to be a leader, why leaders are vital to the church, and why it is that God is calling more people, not less to leadership.

I Thessalonians 2:1-12

I.God’s leaders are emboldened to speak out for the Lord no matter what is going on in society.
II.God’s leaders seek to please only God, not the people they serve.
III.God’s leaders are willing to put their own lives on the line to serve those to whom God calls them.
